Ordering & payment

Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major cards via Stripe's secure hosted checkout, plus cash on delivery in eligible regions. Your card details never touch our servers.

Can I use a discount code? Yes — enter it in the cart before checking out. One code per order; some codes have a minimum order value or an expiry date.

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us as soon as possible. Orders that haven't shipped can usually be edited or cancelled; once shipped, use a return instead.

Shipping

How long does delivery take? Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days; express in 1–2. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet — we currently deliver domestically. Join the newsletter to hear when that changes.

Sizing & products

How do I pick the right size? Each product page lists available sizes with live stock. Between sizes? Our fits run true; size up for a relaxed fit.

Are the photos accurate? We photograph every product in natural light and don't retouch colours. Screens vary, so slight differences are possible.

Account

Do I need an account to order? No — guest checkout works fine. An account adds order history, faster checkout, a wishlist and an address book.
