We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, returns are simple and free.

The 30-day promise

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in unworn, unwashed condition with its original tags. No questions asked.

How to start a return

1. Open the order under my orders (or use the link in your confirmation email).
2. Contact us with your order number — it looks like BS-10123.
3. We'll email you a prepaid return label within one business day.
4. Drop the parcel at any carrier point.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — return shipping on us, always.
